Freddy Miraballes, President

Freddy moved to the U.S. from Uruguay in 1984 and founded Freddy’s Landscape with the support of his wife Monica in 1987.

Freddy is passionate about the beauty of nature and extending outdoor living space to incorporate innovative, eco-friendly pools, gardens, stonework, and outdoor kitchens, fire pits and fireplaces, as well as delivering impeccable year-round property maintenance services.

Freddy loves the industry. This is demonstrated in everything he does, and he is involved in all aspects of the business. Colleagues say he is hard-working, dedicated and honest.

When Freddy isn’t working (which is almost never) you can find him out on his boat fishing for Tuna.

Monica Miraballes, Vice President

Monica works closely with the Freddy’s Landscape team to ensure the best results. With a background in office management and customer service, Monica facilitates client communication, and handles account management and other operational tasks. She is an avid dog lover and volunteers at Yale-New Haven Children’s Hospital.

Bruno Miraballes, Manager

Nicole Miraballes, Landscape Division / Marketing Coordinator

Nicole has been involved in the family business for as long as she can remember. She is the point of contact for most clients and contractors.

Nicole is responsible for general office administration, handles inquiries from new and potential customers, and coordinates print advertising and digital marketing. She is responsible for developing and expanding Freddy’s presence in the marketplace by managing print and online materials.

Nicole loves to travel and enjoys experiencing other cultures.

Bill Csaszar, Property Maintenance Manager

With more than 30 years experience in the landscape industry, Bill is a well-versed horticultural professional. Having extensive knowledge in residential landscape design, maintenance, and fine gardening services, Bill couples his passion for delivering excellence to his clients with an outgoing and vibrant personality.

Bill is a graduate of Farmingdale State University of New York, where he earned a degree in Horticulture.

Julio Ocano, Property Maintenance Manager

Julio has played a number of roles with Freddy’s Landscape since joining the company in 2001, ranging from office assistant to his current role as Property Maintenance Manager.

Julio earned a degree in graphic arts from ORT University in Uruguay. His goal is to help educate others on the importance of Green environments.

When he is not at work, Julio enjoys reading and spending as much time as he can enjoying the outdoors.

Ivana Madrigal, Bookkeeper

Ivana, who joined the company in 2007, is responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. She is proficient in all Microsoft office programs as well as QuickBooks and has strong organizational skills and an extensive knowledge of the nursery business.

Often called a people person and team player, Ivana enjoys vacationing with her family and spending quality time with close friends.
